Error when trying to add Avast Passwords extension to my browsers

Hi,

I recently changed computers and am trying to reinstall Avast Passwords extension on my browser. But when I click on Browser Extensions > Avast Secure Browser (or other) > Add Extension, I am redirected to a window with the following error:

"An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #30.65bc2f17.1726249912.1799ffd9

This happens with Chrome and Edge too. Same error. I tried reinstalling Avast, restarting the PC, clearing cache, nothing seems to work.

I have the same problem Barbara and I have been a customer for many years so starting to get very upset. I paid for support and still have nt had this fixed and the last email from support when it sidn’t work gets sent back to me as no good as Unfortunately, your email wasn’t delivered because we can’t identify which ticket it refers to. and its a reply to what they sent. very bad business management they used to be good but not any more
