Error when trying to add Avast Passwords extension to my browsers

Hi,

I recently changed computers and am trying to reinstall Avast Passwords extension on my browser. But when I click on Browser Extensions > Avast Secure Browser (or other) > Add Extension, I am redirected to a window with the following error:

"An error occurred while processing your request.

This happens with Chrome and Edge too. Same error. I tried reinstalling Avast, restarting the PC, clearing cache, nothing seems to work.
