because when I click in the button on-access protection control, the program sends the following mistake message:
Usually, RPC errors are corrected by the ‘Repair’ function under
Control Panel > Add remove programs > avast > Change/Remove > ‘Repair’
If this not work, try to uninstall / boot / install /boot
By the way, are you using another antivirus in this machine? (I mean, is there another av application installed in your computer)?
RPC errors could be generated by a conflict…
