Event viewer

Noticed in Computer Management.
That avast 5 no longer puts any info into Event viewer like Avast 4 did.
Etc avast updates, errors.

Is this how it is supposed to be or have i got a minor prob.

On my XP Pro system I do not see Antivirus in Event Viewer anymore.

I did a clean install of avast! V5 on my XP Pro system.

Avast 5 does not use the Windows Event Log anymore.
