I am using Samsung j7 prime. after installation and purchasing 'pro membership ', it works well but after some hour of installation , it is losing web control.
I logged out and log in again but problem was same.
I uninstalled app & delete account and reinstalled again but problem is same…
please fix it soon.
Hi, it seems some app keeps killing the Avast Antivirus running in the background - when it happens, our app loses Accessibility permission, which makes the Chrome protection stop working. Do you use any power saving mode or a task killer app, or haven’t you disabled the app’s permanent notification (in Settings→Notifications→Realtime protection)?
none of these fact is here. I am sending you a screenshot. please check. all permissions are enabled and internet connection is active.
Hi again, I misunderstood what you mean by “web control”.
When your commands and connection with My Account doesn’t work properly, please try this:
- uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Antivirus from Device Administrators first)
- check there is no “Avast” in your device Settings → Accounts
- remove the device from the Avast My Account
- only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account
