There is a file that is detected as evo gen out of a compiler (delphi) after compilation but the virus program will not fix the issue. It just keeps detecting evo gen. Is there a way to get avast working on a fix for evo gen rather than just a detection?

By fixing I mean that the computer is not reinfected later. What happens is that the virus is detected but it reinfects the next time I compile an application with my compiler. So it should get to the root of the problem and fix the cause rather than just detecting that a virus was found.
