Hi, I tried v5 a while back and wasnt over keen, it had a couple of niggles mainly firewall related on my system. I tried v6 pro and got on fine, bought two years. Then decided I wanted ais and bought two years. it’s very light on my system and I love it.
There’s an offer on you can buy the internet security for same price as pro, so when I bought internet security I asked if they would add my two pro years to my ais license.
I received email explaining they couldnt do this, but next day I received a full refund for my pro.
There was nothing wrong with pro, I just ordered the wrong product.
