I have a file that was always getting tagged so I picked “Restore and add exception”. Ran the backup again and the file got “Threat Secured
We’ve moved “X” to your quarantine because it was infected with “Y””. I when to the quarantine window and picked “Restore and add exception”. Why is the exception not being trigger??
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Does it correctly create an exception in Avast UI > Menu > Settings > Exceprions ?
Can you post a screenshot of the Avast Alert with the More details option selected and also a screenshot of the Exception created.
