.exe file hosted via Steam avatar image link?

I checked out an image link for seemingly broken Steam user avatar (as trying to view the image redirected to nginx’s 404 Not Found error page) on Virustotal, and for some reason it has a link for “downloaded file analysis”, showing a rather strangely named .exe file, which seems to have relationships to malicious files formerly submitted to Virustotal. Could this be some sort of weird false positive or something?

Something i see often in my malware hunt

anyway, seems the file is no longer there > http://urlquery.net/report.php?id=1470422623414

For some reason “downloaded file description” suddenly shows another result ???

Rather interesting thing actually. I found another Steam user with broken avatar, and when I ran a scan on it’s image link, it gave the exact same kind of result in Virustotal, giving a “downloaded file analysis” link for the exact same efjbJKdddd.exe file as the first one, while working avatars’s link scans show up as simple image files. So if I’m not wrong, according to Virustotal more than one broken Steam avatar links that give 404 Not Found errors seem to relate to that .exe file for some reason ???

I looked up bit info about Steam’s broken avatar links and found this info:

The only way to get a 404 profile avatar on Steam, is use one of Steam's Offical but broken Avatars links.

Valve keeps fixing them,

and the community keeps finding new broken ones to use. Must be some sort of bug in the Steam’s avatar system they can’t seem to fix.
