Expired or not?

As you can see, it says it expired in 1969 and to check my system time. As seen in the screenshot, the system time and date is correct.

Under “About Avast” is says my key expires Friday June 7, 2013. I have been having problems with my browser freezing for the past few days.

Can you post a screenshot of the “About avast!” window, with the “registration key” item expanded?

Sorry the first one was so big! I installed this probably a couple of months ago, and it’s updated fine until very recently. For the record I am running XPSP2, Comodo Firewall, Spyware Doctor, Firefox, Sandboxie, and BricoPacks. All of those have been running together since March. The BricoPack was installed about two weeks ago.

The only other issue I’ve had was that somehow I blocked services.exe in Comodo, and every afternoon I’d have to reboot because my “IP lease” was not able to renew. This was done during the uninstallation of Office Publisher 2007. I had a problem that nearly everytime I clicked on an exe file, the Publisher installer would start. That was resolved.

Keygen???
You paid a lot of money for 6 years of AVAST ;D
Ahh!! you must update your AV, 4.7.1043 is “out”.

I don’t think so, but it was my “ex” that installed it. I’ll have to check with him on that one - I inherited the computer from him! :o

You must ask your ex
There is a HOME EDITION is free and it runs very well

Or if you’ve got money you can buy a license, is quite cheap.

PS
Mine is catalan language

kc7brown, you seem to be using the Trial version for more than 60 days.
You need to register the Home version for free or buy the Professional version.
Go to the SSL page version and register from there: https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php?lang=ENG

See the tutorial: http://www.avast.com/files/tutorials/insert_key.htm
Please take a look here: http://www.avast.com/eng/faq-invalid-license-number.html

Hahahaha…
You got cheated or maybe you know that you are using keygen to generate the key for avast…
My friends of mine also have this sort of problem after new program release…
Just to play safe if you wan to use avast just use the avast home edition or maybe buying the Avast pro from a trusted reseller
