Expired subscription

So I posted this as avast ticket 20 days ago and never received any kind of reply. Also I asked on avast Google+ page but nothing…

Can you please renew it? I have two devices using it SM-G900F and GT-I9505 as you can see in attached screnshot.

Can anyone respond to this ticket or give any kind of explanation/solution?! My main reason for premium is possibility to make camera pictures and audio recordings.

There is no premium anymore, AMS 5 is free.

Well it’s not! When I try to send audio recording command via web I receive notification “This feature requires an Avast Mobile Premium license.” I’m talking about anti-Theft part…

Also on myavast page for this phone “Antivirus” part of pie circle labeled “Antivirus” is grey with text “Antivirus software is not installed…”. Clicking on “Download” button I’m redirected to my play.google page and and Mobile Security & Antivirus shows “Installed”.

As has been explained in other threads, reinstalling avast will solve it.

Hahaha tried that, removed both anti-theft and antivirus…now I have two same devices one has Antitheft green and Antivirus grey and another opposite (ofc using same email address to connect to my avast account). What about premium features?

  • Remove the devices from your account.
  • Wait one hour so that all changes have time to take place.
  • Remove anti-theft and AMS from your device.
  • Install AMS 5 and connect it to your account.

Ok, all devices removed from account and I also removed my account from AT and AMS. After I install AMS5 and connect it to my account I can install AT and add it to my account? Right?

Nope this didn’t help. Again I have two same devices one with AMS one with AT…

Did you install AMS 5 ?

Let me write step by step how and what I did:

a) removed my device from my avast account
b) removed my avast account from AMS and AT
c) uninstalled both products from my mobile phone
d) after 70 min checked my avast page - device wasn’t there
e) installed AMS from this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avast.android.mobilesecurity
f) configured it and connected to my avast using my hotmail account
g) opened my avast page it showed I don’t have AT installed so I clicked DOWNLOAD AVAST ANTI-THEFT which opened this page → https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avast.android.at_play
h) after installation made all necessary configurations and connected AT to my avast using same hotmail account

After 4 time I reinstalled AMS5 and AT finally managed to get premium version by selecting I already have premium licence. Now to do this on other 3 phones :-[.
