Failure on outlook messages with attachment

I’m getting an error whenever I read a message with an attachment, claiming that:

avast!: Unable to open message attachment.
Error code is 80030003.

Error 0x80030003.

Program version is 5.0.418
OS is Vista Home Premium, 64-bit, SP2.

Has anybody seen this? Is it a config problem, or a known issue? I’ve seen one other posting about this error code.

Me too. I got that message too.
I use Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bits) with Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Moreover, I use AVAST version 5.0.418.

If anyone know the cause or the solution, please let us know.
