Fake Subscription

I am using Avast free.
Yesterday 23:47 I recieved an email from my bank that I have autorized
payment - 72,99 Euro … DRI*AVAST Software Avast Account.

When I wanted to check it in my desktop app I realized that I have no account created (neither on my actual email or on my second Gmail)
But my App is telling me that i have one year subscription.
Ok, so I wanted unsubscribe, but the app is telling me I can do it through my acount.
What I cannot becouse I dont have account created.
Wanted to contact support anyhow, but their website is bulletproof for contact details.
No email, no phone number, just the same website with FAQ and guides round and round and round. On pourpose of course.
What can I do?

Submit a claim at Contact Avast Support - Avast Phone Number, and Chat Support Good luck. I’m starting to think Avast has gone ROGUE via gen tel.

I am one of the many that is puzzled over the “contact” information, yes the guides go round and round and there is no contact, therefore no access for valid information. I want to cancel my subscription as I am being billed twice; I already paid in September and now there is another charge for January. UGH!!! AVAST: Cancel my subscription for your service as I have already paid - do no charge me in January, again!!! this also happened last year and I thought maybe website was more forthcoming. NO, it isn’t - website still spins a tale… there is no support, there is no way to cancel subs, there is no way to update payments - please redesign website for access.
