False identification of 'dangerous' website

This is the second time I have been denied access to a website which is perfectly secure, which I need to use quite frequently. You will be aware that there are limited ways to contact organisations now that do not involve their websites. I am not in Spain, this is not my website. I am a user of a British website: Dorchester Arts. I have now flagged it as a false report. But this has happened before. Not only is it worrying for me and for Dorchester Arts, but that it is patently a false report reduces my faith in Avast, and the efficacy of your program. Please advise why this now seems to be a trend. Before last year I have never had a website blocked for no good reason before. Now it has happened again.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

As you didn’t post any information on the Alert, it is kind of difficult to make suggestions.

So I visited the site triggering the alert and it isn’t Dorchester Arts that the alert is on but something on that site making a 3rd party connection that Avast is alerting on.

Once the alert was closed the site opened for me as the alert wasn’t directly involved.

If you are reporting Dorchester Arts as the possible FP then a check of that wouldn’t do much to help.
You would need the report the location being reported in the possible FP report.
