Most probably a false positive as you can see.
Please submit it to VirusTotal and let us know the result. If it is indeed a false positive, send it in a password protected zip to virus@avast.com
Please, mention in the body of the message why you think it is a false positive and the password used. Thanks.
As a workaround, you can add these files to the Standard Shield provider (on-access scanning) exclusion list.
Left click the ‘a’ blue icon, click on the provider icon at left and then Customize. Go to Advanced tab and click on Add button…
You can use wildcards like * and ?. But be carefull, you should ‘exclude’ that many files that let your system in danger.
Well the result is here http://www.virustotal.com/analisis/09a4fbf892868a6ae65886827161baf7
Result: 2/32 (6.25%)
and in their tests avast doesn’t report this to be a virus.
I am a bit lost sense I’m using the same program version and vdrb deffinitions as virustotal.
I even re downloaded the file from a different sf mirror and again avast 4.7.1098 home with a vps 080114-3 reports it to be a virus ???
