We are running a website where your software showing a false positive virus alert.

I hope you understand the importance of this post and help us to resolve this issue right now, this kind of FP causing us huge damages every hour.
Also it would be nice to know there is any official way / representative contact to talk to prevent problems like this in the future and resolve faster.

UPDATE:
We have removed this creative (What is not a trojan) now the false positive gone
We are going to contact this company also because they are running a very huge ad network I guess they will be very happy lol

I have removed that link. I hope you understand the problem is not with my site but the protraffic javascript creative. Your answer is … doh.

Hello,
This “false positive” will be fixed in the next vps update. Another Ad server that was used to deliver bad content.

When they delivered bad content and what was it?
Who able to provide this information?
Since when they was in the virus database?
