false positive or real threat?

the website wxw.smilengo.org is blocked since years ago in Avast. I had it checked in Virustotal and it does not find anything. I had it checked in Virustotal and it does not find anything.
if you did VirusTotal URL scan, this is only a reputation check against known blacklits...

there is detected JS:Redirector-T [Trj], see the screenshot attached.
