False positive phising URL

I have a service running on packeta.czwix.cz and zasilkovna.czwix.cz
The service allows WiX shops to use Packeta/Zasilkovna delivery service by providing a parcel pickup map for customers. It also serves as a backup solution - a form where customers can link their order with the pickup point.

This is a legit service, the form has linked GDPR rules and so on, unfortunately both Avast and AVG flag it as phishing website…

Please help whitelisting this service on both URLs, it is the same script, the company uses different brand names throughout Europe…

ChatGPT suggested removing of the possible “customerForm” parameter, so I changed the parameter name… Thats about all what comes to my mind to be able to change…

Thank you. I tried to send it through the false positive form for 3 times already, but without any effect…

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
If you mean you didn’t get a response - You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed. If it remains after that it is still considered suspect.

You don’t mention what Avast Version and version number you have installed ?
I say this as in Avast for Windows version 25.1.xxxx there is meant to be a means within the alert windows to report this.

I assume you used the - New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL) - Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast

“If it remains after that it is still considered suspect.” - nothing has happened, so this applies and I have no idea why it is flagged like that. It is my own code and there is nothing like phishing involved, its a legit service.

The version is recent (16.0.0a), i am testing this on my Mac, because it got reported from the customers.

Knowing what the malware type/name is may help.

There are sites that can also check a site link.

This may help point you in the right direction in what may be triggering this.
