Hello,

We are the developers of a program LanAgent WebCam. It is used for remote video surveillance inside buildings.
Some time ago Avast became to identify our program as Win32:Trojan-gen. But it isn’t a virus or trojan, it’s a legal program!

How to solve this problem? Thank you.

Goto the Virus Chest and submit the file to the virus lab.
Add an exception in your settings for the file.

We are not the users of LanAgent WebCam, but the creators. So, addition of exception isn’t the solution of a problem. Our customers also can’t download our program because Avast blocks it.
