False positive report form – no answer

Hi Avast Team and Community,

I am writing to request an urgent manual review of our domain lidr.co and its subpages, which are currently being blocked by Avast as URL:Blacklist.

We have submitted the official False Positive form at [avast.com/submit-a-sample](https://avast.com/submit-a-sample) three times over the past few days, but we have not received any response or resolution ticket update so far.

Here is the technical evidence showing this detection is a clear false positive:

  1. Clean on All Major Security Vendors (VirusTotal & MultiRBL):

    • VirusTotal: Over 90+ security engines scan our URL as 100% clean.

    • Google Safe Browsing: No unsafe or deceptive content found on the domain.

    • Sucuri SiteCheck: Clean across all 9 major blacklists (Google, McAfee, Sucuri Labs, PhishTank, Yandex, etc.) with 0 malware or spam injections.

    • MultiRBL / DNSBL: Clean on 45 out of 45 public DNS blacklists.

  2. Legitimate Business Context: lidr.co is an established IA Software Development School based in Spain.

Could a moderator or staff member please help us forward this domain to the virus lab team to remove www.lidr.co from the blacklist?

Thank you in advance for your support!

Best regards,

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

The last VirusTotal scan was 19 days ago - I ran it again - still no detections.

I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.

Hello @lidr_ia_school,

Thank you for raising this!

The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the situation persists after 1 hour, please update the Avast virus database and try again.

Thank you, @DavidR, for highlighting this topic.

Thank you for your help. I have checked 5 minutes ago using the online link checker from Avast and the issues seem resolved, but now ir shows Unsafe again.

Could you please check it again?

Regards

Checker works well if you type www.lidr.co or http://lidr.co but it is marked as unsafe if you just type lidr.co as a single domain.

Could you please have a deeper look? @Zee123

Thanks!

I have just opened it using lidr(.)co and it opened fine for me as www(.)lidr.com, the brackets are just to stop it being active within the forum.
