False Positive Request - Domain (scgcofres.com) clean but still blocked by Web Shield

Hello,
Our website was cleaned and secured after an intervention. However, Avast Web Shield keeps blocking it. We have submitted the false positive form multiple times without success.

Could a virus analyst please review this manually and remove our domain from the blacklist? Thank you.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed. The fact it hasn’t been removed, may indicate they still consider it malicious/suspicious

I did a VirusTotal scan for your site a relatively low hit rate 5/90 at Virus total

I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.

The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the situation persists after 1 hour, please update the Avast virus database and try again.
