I’ve written multiple times into avast/avg false positive form to have my website removed cleared from this alert “URL:Phishing", we’re also cleared on virustotal leaving avast and avg the only ones reporting us incorrectly on every url we have on our website and seems like a reputation, not really a code or something that is leading to this report. It’s been a month now since I’m trying to get any answer from both on my reports to get our website out of this.
We’re a legit healthtech BR company and all our info is provided in our website (www.serintegra.com.br) and we use all modern strength rules and connectivity, technologies to protect our users and data.
Can someone help review/clear this so our users stop getting this message, it’s harming us unnecessary and it’s just AVG/AVAST.
@Zee123 Hi Zee, i saw you just reviewed and analysed another similar case few hours ago, please forgive me to tag you but I’m kind of hopeless on who from avast/avg can look at this.. and whitelist our website so our users who use avast/avg stop getting these?
If you or someone else can give me a hand i would be very much appreciated.
Please note that even Kaspersky doesn’t report anything from our website.

Whilst the AVG and Avast products are within the larger Gen Digital group of companies - they are separate companies.
That said the virus database would be common to both, but there may be a delay in updating that within AVG.
The two community forums are separate community.avg.com is the dedicated AVG community forum. They are pretty much identical. Though I don’t know about components and UI settings.
I posted on both, AVG and Avast. I am kind of desperate as I myself use the avg software and was the first one to notice that it started flagging us and after spending over a month reviewing our code ,there’s no real explanation why AVG or AVAST is flagging our besides a reputation for our domain having 8months only.
Would be very thankful if I can get this closed as we have users (as the one I pasted on the other post) reporting our website as non-trusted by your software.

The issue is being investigated and he will get back to this topic.
This is a screenshot of the current Avast Alert, the AVG one would be similar.
The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.
