False Positive URL Block - Clean E-Commerce Site (perfumedom.com)

Hello Avast Team,

Our domain perfumedom . com is being incorrectly blocked by Avast Web Shield as a “fake e-store” under the detection name URL:Scam.

We have repeatedly submitted the official false positive web form over the past 4 days (using the unique log ID 945354eb0fd4/2026-06-29T08:59:24.634Z), but the block remains active and is severely harming our legitimate business.

Our website infrastructure is fully secure and clean. Both VirusTotal and Sucuri SiteCheck show 0/90+ detections, proving the site is 100% safe.

Since the automated web form is not resolving this, could a staff member please manually review this false positive and remove our domain from the blacklist?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

The virus total results on your domain are/were over 4 months old, I have just visited it again.
This is a current result, but still showing 0/92
However - there are many, almost half that (47) report it as Unrated.

I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.

EDIT I have attached a screenshot of the Avast Alert window with the more information selected.

Thank you for raising this!

The reported domain was checked, and based on the findings, the detection was removed. The website is now marked as clean in the Avast database. This change may take up to 1 hour to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the situation persists after 1 hour, please update the Avast virus database and try again.
