Checked the forum without finding anything about my case, so here we go:
I often use Bat_To_Exe_Converter http://www.f2ko.de/ to pack my bat files as invisible applications, insert icons and VersionInfos.
I guess this soft uses MPress lib http://www.matcode.com/mpress.htm, a popular packer.
Any binary generated by this tool raises an alert.

do you have the file in avast chest?
then right click file and upload to avast lab as false positive
