(False Positive) Website blocked by Avast!

Hi,

Our online forum http://forum.dnf.garena.tw has been blocked by Avast! (URL:mal). We checked our forum with different scanners and also with the following sites:

We have submitted numerous tickets and report forms but our forum still blocked. Please shed some light on this. Thanks.

Hi polonus,

Thanks for your quick response. I checked http://support.clean-mx.de/clean-mx/viruses.php and put in our domain forum.dnf.garena.tw, but it reads:
“For this query is nothing recorded in our database.”
and when I clicked on “Click here for other already closed incidents for your domain (forum.dnf.garena.tw)” it shows a “HTML:RedirBA-inf Trj” just like minotauranalysis.com.

I am not very familiar with Clean mx and minotauranalysis, but I guess “closed incidents” means it is OK now?
