Anyone else here get hit with trojan horse viruses in your Internet cache when logged into AOL? Here is what Avast found: C:\Documents and Settings.…\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\3PVJ20IY\tcode3[1].htm
It may be time to say goodbye to Avast. This is the second time in about a week that I and others are hit with false positives…what gives???
Hi mscoulter, welcome to the forum
(now where does that name sound familiar from…)
It may be that this was related to the ad.yieldmuncher issue…which has since been resolved in an update I have just received. Could you update and try again, to see if that helps?
If not, it may be a genuine detection, or something else…not sure…
I was just hit with same (C:\Documents and Settings.…\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\3PVJ20IY\tcode3[1].htm) false positive in AOL at 6:49 pm EST today, Dec. 29 2009.
Virus database already updated, so I’m assuming AOL false positive problem is not fixed???
