False postive: Win32:Evo-gen

You guys are killing me! Filled out several false-positive reports & nothing yet.
Been using Avast with Kaseya SMS suite with no issues for years, but recently every time I launch a remote console connection:
Win32:Evo-gen alert on the Kaseaya Remote Control Client download. It’s a random file noActiveX-***.exe in the download directory of the user.
Have tried creating exceptions - nothing. Only work-around is disabling the file shield when launching a remote console connection.
About to give up on Avast & go back to AVG. (sigh)

My kaseya was working perfectly fine with avast up until a few days ago. I did eventually figure out it was avast, although the error was a bit cryptic.

error is as follows.

kaseyaremotecontrol://eyj2IjoxLcJza blah blah
Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissins to access the item.

But, if i disable avast, it works just fine.

Hello,
is there some Avast’s related window? This topic is almost 2 years old. Is there detected Win32:Evo-gen like topic says? Send us the detected file using https://support.avast.com/ → Avast Virus Lab, please.
