If you install a second antivirus product then it may likely fight against the first one. Maybe that is what you are seeing.
Assuming Avast was downloaded from trusted source Google Play, so should not be fake.
Also assuming “Securiti Android” is indeed another antivirus product.

I do not recognise the app with Shield and Flash that you call “Securiti Android”. Where did you download that from?
I cannot see anything like it on Google Play app store.
Where did you download “Avast Mobile Security” app from?
Was it Google Play store?
You should not have 2 antivirus apps active on a device.
If you installed Avast from Google Play Store then that should be good to use.
I do not know the other one. If it was downloaded from somewhere unsafe, I would remove it, or at least disable it.
Note I am not an Avast Team member just another user.
