Few issues, Csrss.exe read rates soar when moving mouse mainly.

I’ve been desperately trying to figure this out all night, and ended up on this site. I’m hoping for some guidance.

First off, I’ve ran TDSSKiller and came up with no threats.

aswMBR (will attach log) came up with one red line- \Driver\atapi[0xfffffa8009b426a0] → IRP_MJ_CREATE → 0xfffffa8009a1f2c0.
I have no idea if this is involved.

My csrss.exe process is (as of now) sitting at a ~1,700,000 I/O read.
On another note my explorer.exe is rather high as well sitting at ~ 80,000 K for memory usage.

My computer is just sluggish as all hell at times, if I stop user interaction any videos playing will freeze solid until I click my mouse or press a key. The computer makes a constant boot noise of sorts.

I’m stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ill also attach a farbar recovery scan log.

Ok here’s an updated post with all logs in order with no changes done between. I hope this helps, and I apologize for not being more thorough.

A few things to note (not sure if its important), I’m currently running MSE, and windows defender is disabled.
I have the service from microsoft antimalware running as of now. MsMpEng.exe was giving me some issues.

Again thank you for your time, it’s greatly appreciated.
