Mail Shield is set to move problems to the Virus Chest. I get the warning on the email with the From & To information, but nothing gets moved to the chest. So now a legit email is lost. Where did it go and why didn’t go into the chest?

Isn’t it set to “delete” as the second action? Seems that send to Chest failed…
You’re probably right, as a new user I had the original defaults in there. Never considered a Move to Chest would fail, but I guess it can. Have changed all my settings so it won’t happen again.
