By email to virus (at) avast (dot) com, as a password protected archive, with undetected malware/false positive (whichever is appropriate and the password in the email body.

If reporting a false positive/undetected malware, then select that option and using the Browse… button, navigate to the file.
This is for single file submission and no need to archive and password protect

But my intention was not to fill in a cold form, but talk on the subject.
Besides, this is not a new thing; has already happened many times in this forum.
Do anything, it means that I will continue to send tens of times the same file from the virus chest of avast without that I get any response.
