My avast told me that filezilla contain virus. Please double check for sure cause filezilla is my daily sftp tool.

You are getting false warning(I guess).
I just download it today and working fine without any problem. I have just installed wordpress in this car blog https://bestobd2scanners.com/. All files uploaded perfectly and working fine too.
You dont say what message avast give so we have to guess …
