Firefox Sync

Hi guys, Today I saw that Wave sync changed name to Firefox Sync.
What can he think about this pulgin. do you guys think that it’s really safe to store all the information (Passwords etc) even if the information is encrypted? I don’t fell good knowing that some of my important data is being located on some servers.

I don’t sync passwords. Only my favorites. I use XMarks.
