Firewall enables itself

I am having the issue at a client where the firewall blocks access in from the internet to an application, even when adding the application exe to the application rules and allow “all connections”. The network is set to private. I have given up on getting it to work so instead I disable the firewall indefinitely which proceeds to enable itself again minutes later!

Any ideas??

Is your Avast Business Antivirus Pro managed or unmanaged?

If it’s managed, where do you config all your settings, at the console or locally?

I have the managed option but disabled the option “control all rules via the web console” under Firewall.
