hi can some one help me when i click on firewall it says WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND REBOOTING YOUR SYSTEM FIRST SOME FIREWALL FEATURES MAY ONLY START WORKING AFTER A REBOOT so i reboot and it still reads the same have reboot my pc 3 times and it is still there but it does say my firewall is on .avast internet security. thanks 
do you have any other security programs installed?
did you just install avast?
if so, did you remove your previous used AV according to vendors instructions / removal tool ?

have you tried avast repair and reboot?
contolpanel > Ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall / Change > repair option
hi i did have another antivirus so i downloaded it and wiped it clean i can now get firewall put can not get sandbox to work i can put google in put it will not work i have restarted 3 times but it will not work thanks j.baker

advanced system 7 and 10bit! Aren’t these both the same program :-\ removal of ASC is my suggestion.
