how to reset password in avast settings forgot password
if you have lost your avast antivirus password, then there is only one way…reinstall

donload and reinstall http://www.avast.com/en-eu/download-software
When you re-install, remember that passwords are only needed if your computer
is accessed by more than one person or, is left in a public place.
I’m the only one that uses and/or has access to my computer hence, No Password.
If you don’t need a password and don’t use a password, you also can’t forget a password. 
Ummm…I forgot my password, and it won’t let me uninstall it, so that I can re-install it. It’s asking for the password I can’t remember in order to do that function.
Now what?
