Found 4 Trojan.Agent.Ed with MBAM out of nowhere

Hello,

I did a MBAM scan today on my laptop and it found 4 trojans and I am really confused as to where they came from. MBAM seems to have deleted them, and a second scan came back clean but my laptop still seems slow. Please help!

And here is the aswMBR file

Probably just needs a defragment
