This error message does barely need any comment.
Happened when connected to Avast FRANCE VPN.
Suggest you report a suspected False Positive form to Avast to check.

Can you then edit to the live url in your post from https to hxxxs: … or similar to break it.

However, I don’t understand your “hxxxs” remark.
By changing (or removing) the https in the URL to hxxps (in your post) breaks what is an active link, avoiding accidental exposure to what is considered a suspect.
e.g. hxxps://app.screencast.com/VRTYcEWznXQrc or app.screencast.com/VRTYcEWznXQrc
They aren’t clickable, e.g not active.
