firstly annoying and secondly looks more like a virus trying to entice you into opening something dodgy.
why not maybe a: word it it more professionally and b: actually say what is enclosed.
I’ve to agree that the wording is misleading.

About the annoying part, you can turn those (promotional) ads off in the paid versions.

It’s a popup most of us have complained about for a very long time.
I personally don’t like gifts that cost money.
