Hi,

I have been pleased with AVAST but I am NOT pleased with your practice of jacking up your rates considerably on auto-renewal.

I started this AVAST account on my phone in August 2015 for $29.99 a year.

I missed the renewal for $69.99 in August 2016, which I would have never approved and would have canceled it if I had seen it - it is not only not competitive but it is an outrageous price.

I missed again this year the renewal on August 30th, 2017, now, $79.99 a year. This is absolutely outrageous for the Security I am getting.

I want to Cancel my Subscription and Security with AVAST and respectfully request a refund for the 9 remaining months of my Subscription.

If I do not receive compensation or a great explanation why I am paying $79.99 a year for my phone Security, I will make sure that others are aware of your $29.99 to $79.99 jacked up auto-renewal rate for AVAST Security on my phone.

Our Online Magazine for Baby Boomers with 11,000 page views a day (BabyBoomer-Magazine.com) will represent your practice of jacking up your rates considerably on auto-renewal. I believe that our readers will view this practice as SCAMMY…

I’ve reported your complaint to Avast .
I’ve also removed all the other posts you’ve made where you are advertising your business.

The only one to blame for missing the upcoming auto-renewal is yourself.
avast has send several mails telling about it, but if you don’t take action…
Besides that, you can disable the auto-renewal any time you want.
You don’t have to wait till it is about to happen.

It has been explained that the full price is charged with the auto-renewal.
Best is often to “shop around” and not use the automatic renewals.

Page views don’t mean a thing.
I can reload one page on my site 1 million times and not opening any of the others.
WOW! He look! I have 1 million page views !

Besides the site is looking horrible.
Way to busy, only the left side of the screen is used, it is almost entirely filled with ads etc.
