Hi, I’ve disabled all notification but at every startup of computer, Avast show me a Protection > network inspector popup, telling I’ve a basic firewall.
why it is still showing as I blocked popups ? how can I disable this annoying popup ?

I assume you are using Free version of Avast Antivirus, if so some pop-ups can’t be avoided as it’s a compensation for being free.
But some of them can be disabled nevertheless (i.e. some of them are not an advertise pop-ups but intentional notification that has ads inside), if you share a screenshot of that pop-ups we might be able to stop them.
