I have been charged for AntiTrack and cannot cancel it as when I tried to manage my apparent subscription it isn’t on my subscription list at all. This is an impossible situation. Unless I find a way of unsubscribing they will continue to charge me every year.
I have the same problem.I received a message Renew now on Anti Attack and Clean Up premium.I never renewed Anti Attack and Avast took 54,99 Euro from my account.I’ve tried 4 times to recuperate my money without succes.They also did the same with Clean Up premium.Unbelievable.I also had problems with 2 other servives from Avast but via the chat I received my money back.
