I am using mostly premium paid products. I am trying to unsubscribe something which I tried out but is not working so well. So I want to unsubscribe it.
1.) According to the instructions there should be a an option to do this on the subscriptions page in the account. But there is no such option.
2.) I have tried to got the alternative route and did not get anywhere.
3.) Then I tried to get in the support chat but the interface of that form seems bugged. When I filled out the form and press the chat now button, the page resets and I have to fill out the form again.
- There is no easy way to contact support now? No way to send a bug report by email. So this forum seems the only option.
