I hope this does not hurt Gigabyte too badly. They make very good motherboards.
If 5 Million dollar hurts them then there is something wrong, a company of that size 5 Million is a drop in the ocean, not to mention this loss/fraud could be a tax deductible business expense/loss. Their video cards aren’t bad either.
