only today, sept.25.2026 , as i was on my browser, Avast One’s Sensitive Data Shield blocked attempts to access my Sensitive Data , however, the pop-ups that were prompted were being cycled/spammed - so much so, that it seemed like it was glitching-out in a very worrying way. i was able to take 2 videos of the spamming/cycling pop-ups, and, at the same time, i tried to click on the pop-ups to get them to maintain the blocking (Sensitive Data Shield, blocking attempts) , but, it was difficult and not user-friendly. i reached out to customer support, got past the ai, spoke to a representative, but, i could not share the videos because they are both bigger than 20MB. if you have reached out to the customer support chat, you’ll know that the chat only allows files under 20MB to be shared - which proved useless for me. The videos show how the pop-ups were spamming me. It is very inefficient for this to continue, especially since it surrounds sensitive-information. Avast , you have to be able to let us share videos like mine on this forum, so ALL of us can grow. if another Avast-user runs into the same issue - they can jump on this forum and: 1.) find-out if it is a serious issue, or a not-so-serious-issue , 2.) find-out that the Avast Community has already documented the issue.
