I’ve started getting this message every hour.
I’ve run a full scan and a boot scan, but am not detecting the cause.
Can anyone suggest how I might stop it, short of re-initialising my PC?

If only when the browser is open then clean out cookies and set the browser to block third party cookies.

Also remove any unnecessary extensions.

Browser not open
The only things running on the laptop are Microsoft Excel and Windows Media Player

… but the Excel spreadsheet uses web queries which access the web via Internet Explorer
