Пока что ищут как решить проблему. Временное решение:
avast blocking Google Earth
Google Earth is currently being blocked by avast V2014 consumer versions IS and Premier, it is related to the firewall.
A temporary workaround is available:
- Stop avast Firewall
- Run google earth > tools > option > navigation
- Untick Enable Controller option in Non-mouse controller section
- Start avast Firewall again
- Run google earth
