Every time I search for; “Advanced map download” (or any combination of those words) avast pops upp with a URL:mal warning. Doing the search on google.
Is this just a bug, or is there some setting to warn for google searches (without pressing links)? I searched for this earlier today and pressed a link, this gave me a URL:mal warning. Seems a bit odd that it would warn just after a search though.

Pretty sure thats not necessary, as I doubt I have malware on my computer. I’m just wondering if avast has some form of memory function, as that would explain the odd behaviour.
Earlier today I searched for this and avast warned about a malware detected (and removed). I later reinstalled avast, and now it warns every time I google with those keywords. Doesn’t pop upp for ANY other google searches though, just that one.

Do you maybe use Faviconize Google user script or extension ?

I notice the word ‘hack’ in several listings. Use WOT (listed in signature below) to help avoid sites with less than reputable reputations.
Using a hack puts your system at risk. URL:Mal usually refers to a site that has been blacklisted for some reason or other and is blocked by avast for this or other reasons.
[EDIT:] Which is why you should follow Staticguy’s advice and proceed to the virus & worms section to have your system checked out.
Pretty sure it’s hack as in “edit”, and not as in hacking 
But would a word like that set off a warning, even if the site should be safe? That would explain what is happening then.
Might also add that avast was reacting to google, and not any of the websites listed (don’t have to press any listings to get the warning to pop upp). The website warned also appears to be an IP adress, not a “normal” www link.

A generic search should not result in an avast block warning. Please start a new topic in virus & worms and have your system checked out, especially if it starts to happen on other Google searches. No alert here when I did the search above.
That is what makes your system different, you get a block when you shouldn’t. Won’t hurt to see if in fact it is clean or not. If it is infected, we can help with that and rid your system of whatever malware is resident on it.
[EDIT:] It’s not the word or words that is triggering the blocks. It’s likely something on your system.
