Got new computer, lost track of activation code, how do I fix?

I still have my order ID and password, and I was trying to take a look around my account, but it just doesn’t load.

Sorry for rambling about nothing… I just want to get my CleanUp subscription, that I’m still paying for, back. Would there be a better place to ask about this?
