Got Possible System Attacked

Hello, anyone can help me?
I recently downloaded KMSpico on my PC, only to later found out that it was a fake link. Avast keeps popping up Mail Server Exclusion tab which i think the hacker is trying to do something.
I used malwarebytes for the first time as recommended by someone else, and it cleared a whooping 180 threats. I thought it was over, but the Avast server exclusion tab comes back.
Now i dont even dare to open my PC to prevent further data transmitting.
Anyone can help me discover what this virus attacks are like?

Sry i couldnt upload, i cannot use my PC to login to any browsing private sites.

Im sorry. Anyone else can help? I need all the help needed, avast and malwarebytes could not scan it.
