Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job and service you, the Avast forum team, do here. Having been an avast user for 8 years or more, I have used these forums a couple of times and always received top of the line, professional help. Reading others posts on here, I can see the prompt courteous professional help that you give to the posters. I help out a lot on the Avast Facebook page alot and when I cannot answer the question, I link them to this forum. I also install Avast on every computer I repair or build for my friends and family. I also, with a few others, run a Facebook page to help others repair virus damage and other computer related problems thru posting the fix or doing a TeamViewer with the person having the issue. We have a very good success rate. I have 2 XP’s in my house, a Vista and a 7, as well as a home built Zorin machine . All of them have Avast Free on them besides 1 xp which has IS on it. The Zorin does not have avast on it yet, but will once I get a little better at Linux type OS. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, just had a problem, even i was getting so mad and tired, booring at it. Got support for the smallest thing, went offtopic and still got the hand.

One of the things about a support forum, not many come to say they haven’t got any problem, a welcome change. I too have been using avast for over 8 years without any serious issues.
